SENSUS FIDELIUM (10:58) - Catholic homily on Luke 17:11–19 (the healing of the ten lepers): why Jesus says “Go to the priests,” how Leviticus 13 illuminates the Sacrament of Confession, why Baptism and belonging to the one true Church matter, and how daily mental prayer makes us whole—“Thy faith has made thee whole.”
For all who are burdened by sin, symbolized by the leprosy of the soul, that they may have the faith and courage to obey Christ's command: "Go show yourselves to the priests," finding in that sacred encounter the mercy and cleansing that only God can grant.
"Go show yourselves to the priests."
As they were going they were cleansed...
"Ten were cleansed, were they not?
Where are the other nine?
Has none but this foreigner returned to give thanks to God?"
Then he said to him, "Stand up and go;
your faith has saved you."

CHRISTIAN PRAYERS & WORSHIP (3:59) - Struggling with temptation, emotional reactions, or habits that hold you back? This powerful Prayer for Self-Control invites the Holy Spirit to help you overcome the flesh, manage your thoughts and emotions, and walk in the freedom and discipline of Christ.
For those times we struggle with temptation and a loss of inner discipline, that we may not deny the life that Christ has called us to. May we remain faithful.
If we have died with him
we shall also live with him;
if we persevere
we shall also reign with him.
But if we deny him
he will deny us.
If we are unfaithful
he remains faithful,
for he cannot deny himself.
