PRAYERS OF THE FAITHFUL – 26th Sunday of Year B

We pray for participants in the Synod on Synodality (2-27 October), that their days of spiritual retreat will prepare them in mind and heart for a fruitful month of discernment and dialogue.

Lord, we pray for the priests who serve Your Church. Grant them the grace to embrace the spirit of collaboration and humility as they carry out their ministries. May they recognize the value in sharing their gifts and responsibilities, fostering a supportive environment where love and unity prevail.

For Wisdom and Discernment in Pastoral Care

We pray for our priests, dear Father, that they may be imbued with the wisdom and discernment to guide their flock with compassion and understanding. May their leadership be marked by fairness, and their actions be grounded in Your divine counsel.
